Influencer Tammy Hembrow has revealed the name of her daughter.
The Gold Coast mum of three gave birth last week with her partner – Ironman Matt Poole – and sisters by her side during labor.
Hembrow said the girl’s birth was her “hardest yet” but also the most rewarding. She said it was a vaginal delivery after the previous two children were born by cesarean section.
“No words. The birth story is coming up. For now, just resting in my love bubble with my perfect little girl, wow,” she wrote.

And she finally revealed what she’d decided to call her new arrival, choosing a nature-inspired nickname.

She posted a photo of her daughter in her crib and captioned the photo: “Posy”.
The girl is her first child with betrothed Poole. She has two other children: Wolf and Saskia.
Hembrow subtly nodded at her choice of name for her newborn and sported a floral hairpin in photos with her earlier this week.

She also added a photo of flower-shaped pillows in baby Posy’s crib when announcing the name.
And the name seems to have the solid approval of the Hembrow family, with sister Amy responding to the post with “Love you little Posy” and Emilee Hembrow writing “THE NAME love you miss Posy”.

The sisters were both in the delivery room before the newborn arrived.
Proud dad Poole also offered a tearful emoji after writing about his crush on his daughter earlier this week.
“Our little girl, perfect in every way”.
“Mama was incredible and so strong. It was a twenty-four-hour roller coaster, but welcoming her into the world has made everything better.”

“She’s beautiful, with 12 fingers and all.
Hembrow has also opened up about her difficult birth, telling her Instagram followers on Thursday that she was physically exhausted but happy.
“Tits hurt—headache from not sleeping. The body hurts from blood loss. Their vagina hurt from the episiotomy (I had to get her out fast). I don’t know what day or time it is, BUT deeply happy in my love bubble,” she wrote.
Hembrow and Poole announced they were pregnant in December and a month after they got engaged. Ironman Poole proposed to Hembrow with a diamond ring reportedly worth $46,000.
There is no word yet on the baby’s name, but she does have a very rare trait she shares with her mother: six fingers on each hand. Hembrow confirmed that detail to her fans after an ultrasound midway through her pregnancy.
“The baby has what I had when I was born, which is 12 fingers,” Hembrow wrote.
“Six fingers on each hand.”
